7 Day Return Policy
We have a 7 days return policy from receipt, by which the customer needs to notify us of the intention to return. This allows for the shipping time from you to us. There will be no restocking fee for items returned within this timeframe, apart from when the below is taken into consideration.
Restocking Fee
The following brands will incur a 15% restocking fee irrespective of being notified or sent back within 60 days. Unless, of course, if the items are faulty or at the discretion of Allplant staff:
Nordic, Ionnic, Qvee, Ultra Vision Lighting, all Mobile Communication System UHF – VHF, Orlaco, Electronics Parts, Rock Board & all other products if not otherwise specified.
A restocking fee is charged for the above brands because we are charged a 15% restocking fee by each supplier. No money is made by Allplant with restocking.
The charge for the restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid minus any shipping.
If the brand is not mentioned above, then there is no restocking fee unless returned outside of the 7 days.
Changing a Product
If a product needs to be returned as you require a different size, colour or function, then the best solution is to notify us of the return and return the items. In the meantime, order the new items.
When we receive the return, we will refund the amount to the card used with or without a restocking fee, depending on the above rules and if it falls within 7-day time frame.
Posting A Return
Notify us by email to info@allplant.net.au, quoting your order number.
Post to Allplant, 7/18 Kewdale Road, Welshpool, WA 6106. Ensure you receive a tracking number.
Include your order number and name in the parcel.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have but make a new purchase for what you want. This way, there will be no delay. Once we receive your return (assuming quality), the refund will be processed.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We will strive to resolve the issue. Please contact us immediately.
